Ageism: Paper Blog

This paper covers the Ageism as it relates to technology. It gives an overview of the law that governs age discrimination and then goes into the two technical companies that have been involved in discrimination claims.

The paper delves deeper in to aspects that will assist with combating ageism like unconscious bias training and Diversity and inclusion training. It highlights how companies actually get away with ageism from the recruitment phase through hiring process with the hiring manager and finalizes with suggestions from an HR standpoint as in how to recognize the signs of ageism within the workplace and what you should do as a HR practitioner.
