I'm currently the VP of Talent at FalconX, a web3 and digital asset platform with offices in Palo Alto, Chicago, New York, London, Singapore, India and Hong Kong. Previously, I was in similar roles at Google x, Goldman Sachs and Square. Prior to those experiences I was in executive recruiting at Heidrick & Struggles focused on technology and financial services. In my roles, I've built people, talent, recruiting and organizational development programs that enable great talent to do their best work. Throughout my career, I've worked closely with in house legal teams and employment law experts. I'm excited to continue to learn about the continually evolving employment law landscape in the US and around the world.
I have a BA from University of Pennsylvania and am currently pursuing a Masters of Jurisprudence in Employment Law from Tulane Law School.
I enrolled in the Tulane program in order to garner a foundational understanding of employment law frameworks, develop an analytical approach to legal matters and know enough about employment law to help shape my company's approach to our policies so that we can create and maintain a great culture. And, I always wanted to have a reason to share a deeper connection with the great city, food, energy and people of New Orleans. Tulane University has a great faculty and a unique relationship with the city and surrounding communities. The alumni that I've encountered are also uniquely accessible and approachable. Roll Wave!
When I'm not working, I enjoy all the joys of parenting two young children and exploring the Bay Area together. I'm also an avid open water and ice swimmer and have completed swims around the world. I'm also a weekend winemaker and beer maker/ drinker. Did I mention how much I love jambalaya, gumbo, crawfish etouffee and beignets.
