Thinking of Applying for the MJ Program???

Thinking of applying for the MJ program? Here’s one thing that you need to know - It’s not easy. You will need to come into the program ready for a challenge. Say goodbye to your free time because you will need to immerse yourself in your courses to get the most out of your experience. You will soon realize that there really is a thin line between love and hate, while you learn to love (or hate) things like the “IRAC” method; Intellectual Property and “blue booking.”

However, you will meet some of the most fascinating professionals and some self-proclaimed “HR Nerds” from all over the country during your journey. You will have opportunities to make valuable connections with colleagues that share your quest for knowledge. You will also have the opportunity to select from a wide range of electives to help you focus on where you want your career to go in the future. I highly recommend taking the “Negotiation” class because you will find yourself implementing some of the things you learn immediately.

Overall, you won’t be disappointed in your decision to apply – so go for it!
