Hello Friend! My name is Tara, I am an Employee/Labor Relations Specialist for a medium-sized healthcare system in northeast Pennsylvania. I have been in HR for over 15 years, have a BS in Human Resources Management, and am certified in PHR and SHRM-CP. Currently, I am responsible for two union contracts and am the primary point of contact for any union issues in my region.
Working in a very competitive field, I always knew I would go back to school for my master’s; I just didn’t know where or when. The moment I discovered the MJ-LEL program offered by Tulane I knew that this was developed for me. The hybrid format with a concentration in labor relations is exactly what I was looking for in a master’s program.
I am very excited to start this chapter in my life.
