Eric is a cutting edge HR pro and a natural relationship builder and connector of people. Eric is passionate, innovative, and takes a great interest in helping others grow and succeed. He is fond of the legal profession and decided to return to college and law school to develop and enhance his skills. Eric currently works at Jefferson University Health, a chief health, hospital, and university system in Greater Philadelphia, as a Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to Jefferson Health, Eric spent over 30 years in retail, holding leadership positions in operations and human resources at Lowe’s Home Improvement and Home Depot. Eric has been recognized for multiple years of high employee engagement results in a region of over 100 stores during his career at Lowe’s. Eric was acknowledged by the Bucks County Intermediate Unit in 2019 and received the Caring Community Award. In 2020, Eric received the Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Association’s distinguished Service Award for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and in 2021, Eric received the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services Career Development Award of Excellence. Eric has a B.A. in History and is currently working towards a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law at Tulane University with an anticipated graduation date of May 2024. Eric also enjoys collecting comic books and baseball cards, and enjoying his home theater. Eric dabbles in photography and spends some of his spare time photographing major horse races including the Kentucky Derby and Breeders’ Cup. His photos have been featured at thoroughbred horse racing’s National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame, in juried photo competition and exhibits.
