While the overall idea of our Capstone paper is daunting, I generally enjoy research papers. The research itself is my favorite part.
I often joke that I should've become a Private Detective rather than getting into HR, as I can find anything. Friends and family often come to me when they need the internet scoured for some obscure piece of information.
I genuinely enjoy researching and truthfully I'm pretty good at it. I have been looking forward to this portion of the paper. For my first day of research I found 36 potentially usable sources- both primary and secondary. I will dive into some deeper research using different keywords tomorrow.
After that, I plan on looking at the source list more carefully to start narrowing down what is usable.
