An Interesting Aspect of LEL....

What I have learned is that Labor and Employment Law is complex. The legal aspect provides for employee rights and employer responsibilities to prevent discrimination in the workplace. While EEO laws prohibit specific types of discrimination in certain workplaces and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives have been implemented by major corporations’ discrimination prevails. Notably jurisdictions in California vary with great disparities with minimum wage. Equality with a minimum wage does not provide Equity to reach an equal outcome in a jurisdiction as the city of San Francisco. Whether the health care sector or the food and beverage sector, not everyone has the same needs.
