Tulane – Furthering HR Work
It is no secret that I love what I do and the people I work with. HR work is extremely demanding
but rewarding! What started as a few off-hand lectures by my mentor on HR’s place in business
turned into a passion and career I am gladly traversing.

The desire for more knowledge on how the law interacts with my work led me to the wonderful
program at Tulane law school. They have taken my business mindset for HR work and added
knowledge of legal theory behind what laws I administer, policies I develop, and processes I
follow.

In the ever-changing American law system, understanding Labor and Employment law are vital
to compliance work. Also, developing and progressing policies for workplace issues, that the law
does not specify, is a society changing work I am proud to help advance.
I am so excited to continue learning from the program and from my new network of
professionals!
