Immersion is part of who we are. Immersion weekend happens every summer in New Orleans on the Tulane University campus, and is part of the requirements for the Masters of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law (MJ-LEL) at Tulane Law School. But it is so much more than that.

Every year, alumni and others join our MJ-LEL classes to learn, share, and network in New Orleans. And it's just getting bigger.

TLELA will embark on a special programmatic day as part of Immersion for students, alumni, lawyers, and the HR community. Stay tuned for more information.
